TTEOK-BOKKI (CAFE KOREANA)
PLACE NAME - Cafe koreana
RATING - 7/10
DESCRIPTION - I tried the bapsang tteok-bokki. The chewy rice tteok-bokki was quite different in taste, and I liked it, but I felt it was too pricey because the amount was very little, and it cost me a significant amount of money. So, if you're not concerned about the cost, you can go for it. Overall, the taste was good.
TASTE - Talking about the taste, the chewy rice tteok-bokki was slimy and stretchy, making it fun to chew. The sauce, serving as the base, was a bit spicy and tangy, perfectly balanced with the chewy rice cakes and their slimy texture. The flavor was unlike anything I've had with Korean food until now, and I really enjoyed it. Instead of ramen, I would suggest trying this unique dish. However, it is quite pricey, providing only a few bites for two people despite the cost. I love the taste, and the ambiance was also beautiful. It's something different that you don't find everywhere, making it a good deal.
