This incredible and different idli Pakora is just amazing in taste and preparation. TASTE - This amazing dish is called "idli pakoda." It's a simple idli stuffed with aloo sabzi, layered with besan, and deep-fried. I wasn't very sure it would be good after hearing about it, but when I tasted it, it was amazing. The overall taste was good, served with different chutneys, coconut, and pudina. The aloo sabzi inside perfectly complemented the idli, and the slightly crispy outer texture made of besan. Everything tasted perfect with a bit of chewy texture and crispiness. Both were tasty, and adding some sauce enhanced the flavors. I was even happier when I heard it was just for 20 rupees because it's rare to fill your stomach for that price, and it looked beautiful as you can see in the pictures. PRICE...
