However, it's important to consider that charcoal is not recommended for consumption due to health concerns. Additionally, the high price of 50 rupees for just a single idli might not be worth it, especially considering the unfavorable taste it provides.


TASTE - Black idli is just a regular idli with a unique black color achieved through charcoal. It's an experimental delight for your senses and curiosity, but it's not as good when you take a bite. The charcoal particles in your mouth don't feel pleasant, and they don't contribute to a good taste. Though it looks stunning, I don't think it's a good combination and also not good for your health.

However, it's too much for a single person to eat. Towards the end, I didn't feel like finishing because it seemed too much for me. Overall, the price was reasonable, and the seating area was fine. The chewy rice tteok-bokki was quite different in taste, and I liked it, but I felt it was too pricey because the amount was very little, and it cost me a significant amount of money. So, if you're not concerned about the cost, you can go for it. Overall, the taste was good. TASTE - Talking about the taste, the chewy rice tteok-bokki was slimy and stretchy, making it fun to chew. The sauce, serving as the base, was a bit spicy and tangy, perfectly balanced with the chewy rice cakes and their slimy texture. The flavor was unlike anything I've had with Korean food until now, and I really enjoyed it. Instead of ramen, I would suggest trying this unique dish.
